This gives you enough time to check for any damage that may have occurred during shipping and ensures you’re within the window to report any issues so we can make it right quickly and easily. One thing worth knowing: during especially busy periods like holidays and peak sales events, we pre-build stock in advance to make sure your order ships on time. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality, comfort, or longevity of your mattress in any way. Every mattress meets the same high standards regardless of when it was built.
