Who is covered under the warranty?
- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
- It is non-transferable.
- Valid for customers in the United States (excluding territories) and Canada.
What does the warranty cover?
The Limited Lifetime Warranty protects against manufacturing defects and material issues when the mattress is used with proper support (firm, solid base or bed frame).
Covered issues include:
- β Indentations (dipping/sagging) greater than 1.5 inches (not caused by improper support).
- β Physical flaws in the foam or springs (e.g., splitting or cracking).
- β Manufacturing defects in the mattress cover.
What is not covered?
The warranty does not cover:
- β Normal wear and tear (e.g., gradual softening of foam).
- β Comfort preferences after the 100-night sleep trial.
- β Physical damage (cuts, burns, stains, liquid spills, etc.).
- β Mattresses bought from unauthorized resellers or sold βas-is.β
- β Use with an improper support system (e.g., slats spaced more than 5" apart).
How long does the warranty last?
- Years 1β10: Full, non-prorated coverage. Weβll repair or replace the mattress at no cost.
- Years 11β15: You pay 50% of the current retail price for a replacement.
- Years 16β20: You pay 60% of the retail price.
- Year 21+: You pay 75% of the retail price.
π Note: If your original mattress is no longer made, we will provide a comparable replacement.
How do I file a warranty claim?
- You can email your claim directly to warranty@brooklynbedding.com or use our ticket submission form here.
- Please include photos of the issue with the product, photos of both sides of the tags on the product, and photos of the base the mattress is resting on.
- Please also provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Do not remove the mattress coverβdoing so will void the warranty.
- If your claim is approved, weβll coordinate a replacement.
If you purchased your mattress through an authorized retailer (such as Amazon, Bed Bath & Beyond, Walmart, or another third-party store) OR a physical showroom location, you'll need to contact that specific retailer directly to submit a warranty claim.
We're only able to process warranty claims for mattresses purchased directly from our website.
