Mattresses and mattress toppers are made to order; they require production time before shipping. Production time usually takes 3-5 business days, or 5-7 business days during peak times.
We will send you a follow-up email with tracking information once your order has shipped. It typically takes 2-5 business days for packages to be delivered via FedEx.
Once your package has left our facility, you can check the status of your package by viewing the tracking information online or contacting the carrier directly with questions or concerns.
We provide FREE FedEx Ground Shipping on all products to all contiguous U.S. States (48 states, excluding Alaska & Hawaii).
Please note that each item ships separately.
Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska starts at $125 per mattress, $45 for accessories. Shipping to Canada starts at $250 per mattress, $65 for accessories. Shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada are non-refundable.
Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
