Does the adjustable base come with a remote, or can I control it through a phone app?
The Ascension® Ultra Adjustable Power Base includes a remote control for adjusting the base's positions and accessing preset preferences. It does not currently include smartphone app control.
How difficult is the adjustable base to set up?
The base is designed for easy assembly and typically takes about five minutes to set up. No tools are required.
Do you offer in-home setup?
We do not currently offer in-home setup services directly. If you would like assistance, third-party services such as TaskRabbit or Go Load Up may be able to provide setup assistance for an additional fee.
Does the adjustable base have a massage function?
Yes! The Ascension® Ultra Adjustable Power Base features two low-noise massage motors designed to provide a relaxing massage experience while supporting circulation, muscle recovery, and relaxation.

What happens if I have an issue with my adjustable base?
If you experience an issue with your adjustable base, please contact our Customer Experience team. We'll help troubleshoot the issue and determine the appropriate next steps based on the problem. For specific troubleshooting or missing parts upon delivery we may ask that you contact Ergo motion directly who is the supplier of the adjustable bases.
What is the warranty on the Ascension® Ultra Adjustable Power Base?
The Ascension® Ultra Adjustable Power Base includes a 10-year limited parts replacement warranty.
Can I return or exchange an adjustable base?
Adjustable bases are final sale and non-refundable.
What if my mattress has a product issue?
If you're experiencing an issue with your mattress, our Customer Experience team can review the concern and help determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable warranty coverage.
