Once your order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes to the products ordered—this includes adjustments to firmness level, mattress size, model, or quantity. We're also unable to add items to an existing order after it has been submitted.
However, if your order has not yet shipped, we’re happy to assist with the following:
- Canceling the order entirely
- Updating the shipping address
Once your order has shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it. If you still do not wish to keep the item, we’ll be happy to assist with a return once the order is delivered.
If you need to change the shipping address after your order has shipped, our team can submit a request to FedEx on your behalf. However, please note that address changes are not guaranteed once the order is in transit, as they depend entirely on FedEx’s ability to intercept and reroute the package.
