Beyond sleeping on your mattress, there is nothing you need to do in order to naturally break-in your mattress. However, if you’d like to expedite this adjustment period, please see below:
1. To help aerate your mattress’s fibers and foams, carefully walk across or gently bounce on the sleep surface
2. For mattresses with encased springs, help the mattress expand by gently tugging on the sleep surface’s edges (Please note: this is not a recommended technique for all-foam mattresses.)
3. For the first 24 hours, place your mattress in a well ventilated space. This will help any slight odors to quickly dissipate and help your mattress to fully aerate
