We are confident that we are providing you with the very best bedding available. If for any reason, you decide that our mattress does not fit your needs, we ask that you first try the mattress for 30 nights from the date of delivery to properly adjust to the new mattress.
(The 30 night trial begins when you receive your mattress and can only be used once per customer per calendar year.)
Then, if you are still unsatisfied with your mattress, we will gladly refund your purchase within our generous 120 night trial period. Please note that if you decide to not keep your mattress, we charge a $99 pickup fee and this amount will be withheld from your refund. If decide to not keep your unopened package or if it's refused for delivery, it will be subject to the $99 fee.
We do everything possible to make this a hassle-free return, including helping with mattress removal. To prevent waste, we first attempt to donate the mattress to a local charity or recycling partner, but unfortunately, in some cases the only option is to junk the mattress.
Once we have received confirmation that the mattress has been properly removed, we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like to try a new mattress, you'll need to place a new order, directly via our website.
